Alike Jailangkung,a medium to urged sprits.The games was born from ritual culture in Indonesia. Two of this relative, Nini Thowong and Jailangkung is included as a games often played by Jawa children, in olden times.
Not much is known about its origin. Nowadays, Nini Thowong can only be found in the village of Grudo, part of the residence of Bantul, Djogjakarta (officially Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta), Indonesia. Back in years ago, Nini Thowong was used as a means to help villagers find cures for certain illness, more specifically the locations. As technology develops rapidly, Nini Thowong was almost abandoned and starting to lose its existence. Now, it is performed as a show for tourists.

After the ritual, Nini Thowong is carried to the show place. It can be indoor or outdoor. Nini Thowong is held by a group of four women at the minimum. Once the gamelan is played and the song of ‘Bocah Bajang’ is sung, Nini Thowong will start to dance. It will go up and down and swing its arms. The movement is not caused by the women holding Nini Thowong. Instead, it is made by the spirit possessing Nini Thowong. The movement can be directed by the pawang, whether up and down or swing in circles, or the tempo is increased or decreased. Not only can Nini Thowong dance, but it can also give answer to yes-no questions. If Nini Thowong bends its body forward and backward, the answer is yes. If the answer is no, Nini Thowong will bend its body right and left.

So, what if Sweden has it all, the soothing melancholy yet inspiring sound of heartache and anticipation? Aerial came from Sandviken, and have been pleasuring friends, family, and even strangers. Like stories, told million times, yet you will have the eagerness of listening to it all over again, except this one, occasionally has sample of humming telegraph wires or a lone radio signal broadcasting through in each and every bit of it that will somehow amaze you. Formed in 2005, these five pieces have been drafting, plotting tales with their sky scorching guitar with tremendous volume of dynamics that will pacify you. It has been done before; some of you might say, trillion times perhaps by those favorite post rock units you have been devoted to before. However this one, imagine a sunny day followed by black clouds and then silence all over again as gloomy as you can be, near death experience, subsequently crawling in search for lights. I would recommend this to you, without any doubts they will grant you with such contentment for your rebellious teenage wrecked soul. Self-control I would say.

I bet you this stuff is a killer!French own their psych-folkers with a deep, dark drone. This is soundtrack to a documentary on forgotten cults performing mysterious rituals.If you miss the sunn o))) & boris-the sinking bell track,you should deal with this band.They formed in 1997 and just release their latest stuff "Natural Snow Buildings-Daughter of darkness"(2009).Too bad,although they released numerous albums, many of them in extremely limited quantities.I wont lie to you.This is the sound of healing and you wont leave your sit while listening this.Im highly recommend for fans of Earth,SWANS,Sunno))) & Boris etc.mari mari join aku melemaskan diri dalam suasana drone yang lebih "healing" bukan comel yang pop okayyyyy!!!!

Now here's some heavy shit. Mass, stoner metal that from Sweden with thunder beating drums and almost Sunn O)))-like guitars. You don't get much heavier than this. Not for *abang-abang pengemar sludge yang sekejap comel sekejap jahat* definitely.For fans of Neurosis, this stuff recomended.
